Who you’re paying

You’re paying Khol Gray. Whop processes the payment, so Whop’s name can appear on your card statement, and Whop emails your receipt.

A membership, or anything else that repeats, charges the amount shown when you start, then the same amount every period shown (for example, every 30 days) until you cancel. The page you pay on shows the amounts and how often, and you tick to agree before you pay.
If it starts free or at a first price, the page you pay on says when the full price begins.
The price you start at stays the same for as long as you keep paying. A new price applies only to people who start after it changes.

Cancel anytime on the cancel page: enter the email you paid with, type the code sent to it, then tap Cancel. You won’t be charged again.
You can also email Khol Gray at kholgray@kholgraymusic.com to cancel.
You keep what you paid for until the end of the period you’ve already paid for.

A payment that repeats isn’t refunded for a period that has already started.
Tips, downloads and other digital items are yours as soon as you pay, so they aren’t refunded.
If you were charged by mistake, or something you paid for didn’t arrive or doesn’t work, email Khol Gray at kholgray@kholgraymusic.com and it will be put right.

Khol Gray can update these terms. A change applies to payments started after it, and anything you already pay for keeps the price and terms you agreed to.
